The practice of Mindfulness gives our warriors techniques that help them release stress and balance the central nervous system. Mindfulness allows our warriors to become more aware of how their minds and bodies operate in difficult circumstances. With Mindfulness, warriors can respond to stressors and arrive at a mental state where they can think and respond more clearly. Mindfulness has been found to create physical changes in the brain that promote resilience.
Mindfulness classes will be offered on a consistent and regular basis to accommodate changing and unpredictable schedules. Classes range from a broad offering of meditation classes, such as Mindful Meditation, Meditation for Stress Management and Breathwork to Mindfulness workshops on relationships, stress management, leadership and parenting.
